Refund Policy "The Organic Accelerator"

Good Karma Business's commitment and mission with The Organic Accelerator is to change people’s businesses and lives. Your participation in the program will take place through all the Modules. If you go through the program, implement, take advantage of the Mastermind group which you will be added to and by showing up to the weekly live training calls - and still don't see any results please contact the founders of Good Karma Business, Niki Green or Josh Cousins via Facebook directly. You are also welcome to email our team at [email protected].

We will promptly refund the money you’ve paid, under this Agreement less any external fees subject to the following conditions:

To be eligible for a refund, you must be a TOA member who purchased The Organic Accelerator Program in the current calendar year (2021). You can submit your request ONLY if you have COMPLETED THE ENTIRETY OF THE PROGRAM, IMPLEMENTED, TAKEN ACTION, ATTENDED THE LIVE TRAINING SESSIONS, ASKED QUESTIONS, and USED THE RESOURCES available at your disposal. These terms exist because if you sign up for “The Organic Accelerator”, we want you to get started. If you don’t plan on starting right away but want to sign up this year, we’d love to have you, but definitely make sure this is the right investment for you, as the refund does have firm terms.

Completed Course Work. We’ll ask for your completed course work (to make sure you gave it a go) and ask what didn’t work for you, so we can learn and improve, or offer extra 1:1 coaching to help you. You must email your coursework to [email protected] before the deadline.

If any of these terms are breached and a refund request is made without having respected this agreement, IE:

You have not completed the program, you have not attended the live training calls, you have not done the necessary steps needed in order for the program to work.

Then a formal investigation will be made, and all future refund demands will be canceled, failure to comply with this agreement will result in Legal Actions from our Legal Team based in the UK.

Company Discretion. After you submit your materials, all refunds are within the Company’s sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the refund request.

Please do not enroll in The Organic Accelerator if you just want to “check it out.” We put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into this Program, and we expect you to do the same. The Organic Accelerator is for people who aim for a change and are serious about their business. 

For TOA members who purchased The Organic Accelerator Product in any prior calendar year (2020 or earlier), the refund deadline according to your terms of purchase has passed and you are no longer eligible for a refund.
